M.Sc. Computer Science/ MCS/ MIT/ with 03 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience.

OR 

BCS(Hons)/BIT(Hons) with 05 Years of relevant Post Qualification Experience.

Preference will be given those having Relevant Trainings/ Certification.

 
 

Skills Required

  • Well versed about IT technology in general and telecom billing in specific.
  • Proficient in project management (PM) tools and techniques and knowledge of PM software.
  • Should posses deep functional knowledge of Billing CRM systems to customer needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards.
  • Should posses strong analytical and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage own work load and meet aggressive deadlines and deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Experience of working in a complex business environment.
  • Decision making and management skills.
  • Strong reconciliation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the fixed line and cellular industry.
  • Strong understanding of best practice for billing in telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end life cycle of an event from generation to billing.
  • Strong understanding of Billing systems and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure within given time-frames.
  • Reliable and confident.
  • Strong understanding of systems and business processes.
  • Individuals having certification in CRM will be preferred.

    Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of CRM module of BCCI project within the required schedule, scope and budget. Assist the Assistant Project Manager (BCCI). Work on site and be responsible for the full life cycle of CRM implementation module from Kick-off to Go-Live according to standard implementation methodologies.
  • Identify problems, market trends and ensure solutions are delivered according to SRS.
  • Ensure the activities in each phase of module life are performed according to the timelines.
  • Co-ordinate internal and external resources to ensure the success of the module.
  • Prepare pre-mature software demonstrations/reports for management, end users and other concerned departments for gathering of feedback & change requests upto implementation of new proposals.
  • Design and manage the integration of CRM systems to ERP and Workflow systems.
  • Monitor contact with Development and Testing teams to coordinate bug-fix processes.
  • Functional testing of new system, including GAP analysis, PAT and FAT.
  • Execution of production software and configuration changes.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining the complete documentation of system operation procedures, associated schedules, issues and change requests.
